SOMETHING BLUE RIBBONS AND ELEMENTS FREEBIE

I am finally getting the last of the Something Blue kit up. Sorry for taking so long, but this computer is just totally wonky....lol Today it is actually working half decent, so I am going to post these while I can. Kit is Tagger size. Personal use only please. TOU is included in zips.
