CANDLE TEMPLATE FREEBIE - CU OK

I had intended to do this candle as a script then decided it would be just as easy to make it a template so it could be used in photoshop and psp. It is in layers and is in psd and psp format.
Commercial Use is okay as long as you provide a link back to my blog. Please read my TOU in the kit. Thank you. Candle is large enough for full sized kits and can be sized down for taggers.
